The Transparency in Coverage (“TiC”) final rule requires the Group Benefits Plan (the “Plan”) to post certain in-network and out-of-network medical pricing information in machine-readable files.  Anthem maintains the files on its website on behalf of the Plan.  Files for each coverage option under the Plan will be available on Anthem’s website beginning July 1, 2022 and will be updated monthly thereafter.  The machine readable files can be accessed on the Anthem website by clicking the link below.  The files are searchable on Anthem’s website by Employer Identification Number (“EIN”).  You can find the files related to the Plan by searching EIN 31-1423221.
